First bell : 8.25 a.m.
Assembly : 8.30 a.m. to 8.45 a.m.

Second period : 9.50 a.m. to 10.35 a.m.
Break : 10.35 a.m. to 10.45a.m.
Third period : 10.45 a.m. to 11.30 a.m.
Fourth period : 11.30 a.m. to 12.15 p.m.
Lunch : 12.15 p.m. to 12.45 p.m.
Fifth period : 12.50 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.

Rules & Regulations

  • DISCIPLINE: Discipline is very important. Great emphasis is laid on punctuality and regularity. Severe disciplinary action will be taken against malpractice of any kind. Politeness and courtesy is expected of the students in their behaviour. The students are responsible for their conduct both inside and outside the school. They are expected to converse only in English.

ATTENDANCE:

  • Attendance will be taken both in the morning and afternoon. Students who are not present at each roll call will be absent for that session.
  • Late comers will not be allowed to enter the classes without the written permission of the principal. The note on late coming should be signed by parents. Regular late comers will be sent home or fined.
  • No student would be allowed to leave the school premises during the school time.
  • If a student is absent from school, application for leave must be made and sanction obtained prior to absence.
  • A student absenting himself/herself for more than 5 days in succession without permission will be marked as LEFT”.
  • Absence on the re-opening day and closing day of a term will be punishable with a fine of Rs. 100/- for each day of absence; in case of sickness, the school authorities must be notified in time and doctor’s certificate should be produced.
  • Attendance at all school functions is compulsory.
  • The principal can suspend or dismiss a pupil for irregular attendance, habitual neglect of home work, disobedience and disrespect towards teachers and members of the staff.
  • DECORUM: The students are required to enter the school premises only in their school uniform. They should come to school neat and tidy, well-trimmed hair cut and combed.
  • FEES: School fees will be accepted in Cash or DD only. School fees should be paid at the school office on or before the 15th of every term before 12.00 noon. A fine of Rs.500/- will be collected after the due date. The fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
  • PARENT’S CO-OPERATION:
    Parents are expected to read the regulations carefully and ensure that their children abide by them.
  • Parents are expected to look for the daily remarks in the handbook, sign the entries and take necessary
    action.
  • Parents are requested to avoid meeting the teachers or students during school hours without the permission of the Principal.
  • Parents are expected to co-operate with the school by enforcing regularity, punctuality and discipline and taking interest in the children’s daily progress.
  • Students must be regular and methodical in their work.
  • Home work must be completed at home. It will be checked every day.
  • Text book and note books should be brought, according to the teacher’s instruction.
  • Note book & Text book should be covered with brown wrappers with their names legibly written on that.
  • Parents signature is necessary after every test in the Progress Card.
  • After Intervals at the stroke of the bell, every student should be in their respective classrooms.
  • PROTECTION OF SCHOOL PROPERTY : It is for- bidden to write or scribble on the walls, desks, tables etc., throw paper, ink in the class room or in any way cause damage to school properties. Damages done must be paid for at the discretion of the Principal.
  • STUDENT’S RESPONSIBILITIES
    The students are responsible for their own books, written materials, cycles, Tiffin – carriers etc. They should not bring expensive articles to school.
  • Leaders selected from students should have exemplary conduct and be model to others.
  • Class leaders are responsible for the cleanliness of the class room and the discipline in the absence of teacher.
  • Students should move from one place to another in an orderly manner.
  • Students should bring lunch and use spoon and napkin.
  • Students should converse only in English with their friends and teachers.
  • Students should come to school in clean uniform and take care of their personal hygiene.
  • Students must develop a spirit of generosity. They should be ready to help people in time of need.
  • Students are responsible for maintaining the high standard of the school.
  • Students should see that the fees are paid regularly and no dues are carried over.
